Based on the title, seems like someone at volcom recovered it from a hard drive that crashed.
Yeah, sort of.
From what I understand, some of this stuff didn't get used as Ben would do a better version somewhere else so those tricks would get replaced. Then there were a few bits which needed to wait to be used so they didn't snake the photo release (I think thats what happened with the ender which ultimately was a Thrasher cover). Before you know it, they are on folders tucked in hard drives which no one looks at anymore.
A bunch of stuff also was kept by a filmer who disappeared with the footage for a bit meaning no one had access to it. No malice intended...I think he just thought he'd already sent copies before he disappeared to the middle of Europe to go back to school.
A couple of those bits have been out before (like the dirt jump stuff).
