shot in the dark here, but does anyone remember the globe cheapskates? essentially the poor man's huf classic, released years in advance. i skated through 4 pairs of these in 2009/2010 and loved them, and for about $30 they were hard to beat. wish i could find 'em again.

I really wanted Heath's last pro model before he retired, but in bone white.  Couldn't find them anywhere though.

I had a pair of these in brown that I got for $30 and the tread wore down in like a week which didn't bother me too much cause I was struggling just to skate in them which sucked cause I really liked how they looked and they had Heaths name on them

Maybe it's just nostalgia talking, but early DC was on another level. Took advantage of tech and cupsole possibilities w original designs (not just skate takes on classic sneakers) and without going too far (looking at you, Axion). I know reissues are never the same but it's a shame that DC went so far downhill. Those Howards....

Need to work on my replies/ get these shoes up online. Sorry guys, waaay to many business trips recently :-\

Ipath Reed, preferably the lows. I still regret getting rid of them.

I had brown (hemp) mids. I remember liking them ... but not loving them. What did you dig about the lows?

Wonderful Whizzplank>
Never skated a pair of fallens. Come to think of it never skated supras either. Those dixons got a lot of love tho

Hannity> Are you bringing them out to rip, or are they staying on ice?

tracer> (can't tell if serious or not though) That was actually a pretty neutral looking globe shoe. I doubt anyone really collects old globes (nor osirises for that matter (D3s being the obvious exception))

Jumping Beans> funny, his first circa shoe seemed to be more popular. hang on a sec, was the circa shoe he always skated a team model?

clemsausage> define "good" (and tell me your size). I can get my hands on some, they won't be cheap though...

doublesteveburger> never saw them without the bubble. first pair i ever saw were blue (nubuck?)/ gum sole and had the bubble

watson> once again WOW :o

Jordick> did you already tell me your size? Didn't they come in both brown and caramel?

MOE SYZLAK> must have missed the boat on them ... was an avid rowley shoe collecter back in the early 90s. Had a pair of these (in I want to say green/ grey? think stan smith inspired colourway) and the fit on them was terrible... may well have been a faulty pair though. Looks like he was drawing heavily from that old emerica model JT used to rock no? If I7m not mistaken it was also the first instance of a reversed waffle no? Suprised SPV rowleys aren't getting much love here

Brandon> don't remember them :'( look like HUFs without the $90 price tag

oyolar> heath always had pretty out there shoe designs imo. his first emerica model got lots of tech love, can't say I ever recall seeing the shoe you posted though

franquietits> indeed he would. he does he even ride for these days shoe wise?

Rusty Shackleford> Lakai all-weather packs are almost always on the money. Imagine if lakai released them this year (or late last year)?

Coconut Lotion> holy grail of late 90s tech no? BA and EE always made axions look good imo

McCly> You gunna sit on those puig's too? I'm sure there's lots of posters who want another chance to skate them.

fulfillthedream> silas' designs are waaay ahead of the game. never skated the 2nd one (and didn't particularly like it from a aesthetics point of view) but I bet it worked well

Oh Zoom Tre, the only skate shoe I've never put a hole in. They also broke in so easy and had exceptional ankle support. Such a lovely shoe. <3

Wow, I had the exact same problem with my Heaths. I loved the shoe but the sole was bald in a week. I emailed Emerica and they sent me a brand new pair of Herman 2's instead. I still have those Herman 2's because I don't want to skate them, I like them too much.

Ahh , I'm not the person you replied to but what size do you have? Were they true to size? If so 10. I've scoured the Internet in hopes of finding a pair of these. The tobacco and grey looked amazing too. I wish huf could rerelease these somehow. The slip ons look good but I don't like the sole.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the sole on the huf slip ins ether, way too thick for that style shoe. These are a uk 7, and fit true to size if not a bit small, so a uk 8 foot would still fit nicely. Well if anyone's interested I've got these, and the grey suede ones that I wouldn't mind parting with.

Unfortunately i don't think my feet would fit. I hope someone else can snag them though. I'll find a pair eventually.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the Es Muska shoe.
It was the first shoe I fell in love with, and would kill to own a pair again (in any colorway)!
