To be honest Josh Harmony looks awful on a skateboard now days,
Matt Bennet's new part was pretty weak and Billy Marks has slowed
down considerably over the last few year.

J Lay was literally the only guy I liked on the team, Leo is pretty cool
to watch but a tiny bit repetitive after a while.

Johnny has amazing power and control while skating, its a shame
he's leaving the company as without him its a bunch of has beens
and some young guy who turned pro before people knew he was
on the team.

Out of the Good and Evil era guys, Josh Harmony and Layton were the two sickest.  Billy Marks was great but ended up becoming kind of boring and repetitive.  Bennett has always been sick but he never progressed past his suffer the joy level of skating. (except his ender in the Dekline video which was dope as fuck).

In terms of jlay, Im just curious why they dropped him/why he left 3 months before the biggest video of the decade comes out.  Someone mentioned 3D and that would be so perfect.

Yeah, Provost is sick, seems like all of Toy Machine got old at the same time outside of Leo and Provost. Leabres is sick, but its a damn shame Trapasso left to start LE his Suffer the Joy part is probably my favorite part in any Toy videos made in this millennium (Comparing things to Jump off a Building and Welcome to Hell just isn't fair.

Everyone just felt small with him in the van. Kicked off for having a kingshlong

His world famous dick is quite distinguishable but it is in no way considered a kingshlong.

I like the team but I hope they make it a point to promote jordan taylor more (or jordan begins to produce more ads- whatever the case). Toy definitely needs more diversity.

So just poof I'm not pro anymore I'm a marketing guy at vans? Why does that seem worse than getting completely booted off of everything

Seems weird to me that there was no real send off, unless he either didn't really want one or it's being saved for the Vans video.

He still seemed very capable of putting out parts. He slowed down but he still did more than some current pros. I guess it's a smart move in the long run. Gonna have to face the music eventually. Might as well get a jump on it while you're still pretty young rather than milk till your in your 40's then realize you're fucked.

I mean, every post he's had on Instagram for like the last two months has been bombarded with this question, so I don't really know about that...

i think its pretty tight he can transition to a career at vans.  They have good benefits dental 401k etc.  The only check he's missing is a tum yeto check which he no longer has to kill himself for (its probably not much anyways). He still gets unlimited supply of shoes, skate the epic ramp in the back, check is guaranteed every two weeks and its a marketing and promotions job how hard could that be? Theres dudes who go out and have to work very shitty jobs after skateboarding.
