Question: How do you call Nike SB  Lunar One Shot's stretch band that keep your foot tight?
Was disappointed when I bought a pair of Janoski Lunar (online) only to discover it didn't have this cool feature.
Are there other models, even other brand's models that's got it?

Don't buy shoes online and actually go to a skateshop, for starters. That way you can ask them as well as support a staple in your local skate community.

My local shop doesn't carry all models and I never find my size anyway. Plus they're like 150$
I bought from another skate shop through their online store and I was lucky to get a pair for 100$

yeah a lot of non-western countries have online ordering as a means of getting legit shit- i met some russian dudes whose local shops only stock theeves.... so yeah you can get an idea of what their choices are.

I think a lot of companies would call it a sockliner. The new emerica figgy shoe has one, and I believe the romero does too

I shot a picture to show what I'm talking about. Not sure the term is sockliner, I googled it but it didn't show this piece of elastic band inside the shoe. If you google sockliner, you get insoles... weird.

It is called a sock-liner, unfortunately insoles also have been called that. The Reynolds have a forefoot sockliner just around the toe half, and I prefer that over a full foot one.

BTW, any idea what they are made of? It seems like non-leather, which would be great proof no one needs to kill
an animal to make good shoes.

Thanks Firebert. Ok, so it's Neoprene. I guess the only Nike SB's in Neoprene are the Lunar Oneshot.
I'm trying to buy a new pair but it looks like the early batches (black and white, all black etc.)
have been replaced by super ugly 2 tones or crappy dots.
