Pretty much. That's the kid's best defense in this situation. And it's actually pretty rational, as suggested earlier:

Barajas and Dadd were more than likely the main firestarters/ringleaders in this whole disgusting shebang. Even if this wasn't their idea, the fact that they went along with and facilitated this in any way says a lot about them. That's not to say that I'm absolving Scumbag of any blame seeing as he was soliciting a girl (of any age) out to his older quote/unquote friends, just that Dadd and Barajas deserve more blame/ shame/ prison bumming as they are older and should have a slightly more reliable moral compass than a 15 year-old internet "star" named Baby Scumbag who is known for being in questionable sexual situations.

Its very common with small skate scenes. I remember being 15 and skating with dudes that were 27. Now I am 27 and there are 15 year olds hanging out with us at skatepark. Sometimes I find myself watching my language in front of them, because it feels weird telling nasty jokes in front of kids. Not because they dont understand them, but because you seem like a pedo. The other day one of them told me that he was shocked that one of his friends admitted that he was gay, and i wanted to make a shit ton jokes on him but I refrained. Damn!
