Not saying he looks good doing it, but it's just not "right" to see Nyjah wearing pants. When he's wearing shorts and long socks, it's almost as if life makes sense, even if it can be harsh and cruel.

I used to wear basketball shorts all the time when I was young and didn't have to worry about carrying things like a wallet or phone around. I recall zered had some footy in vicious cycle wearing bball shorts too so I thought he was rad.

I love skating in shorts, make me feel like I'm Lucas Puig. Shinners do suck a mean one in shorts though.

Most of the one eight wears shorts frequently. Grosso especially never wears pants. I personally hate pants and jeans because none of them ever fit right and are restricting. Wish I could get away with wearing shorts all year round...

Danny Garcia has a couple clips wearing shorts in Inhabitants. Specifically when he nollie backside 180d over that red handrail. That clip made me start wearing shorts. 0:54. Looove that clip.

Now the question is how short is too short? I remember in Lutherans Mag minute he was wearing short shorts that almost looked like underwear.

You can do it. There's a local here we call "Johnny Longsocks" and he wears shorts year-round. Shorts, Vans Old Skools and of course, long socks. He's been rocking the exact same kit for years. I even joked with him about getting married in shorts. His then-fiance had already suggested it.

Haha right on he sounds just like me. Black/white tees, navy dickies shorts, and mid calf white socks is all I've worn since I was a kid. Dickies pants would work for me if they made ones with a button and not a hook above the zipper, they always come undone so I donated them to Goodwill.

i was going to mention ryan halloway, super nice and doesn't give a shit. skating in austin in pants in the summer is pretty miserable.

i think lucas is the only skater who actually looks like a grown ass man with a white collar job on a skateboard and i kind of like that. i love the blue collar vibe in skating, always have and always will but it's nice to see a guy who looks like he's going to jump in his porsche after switch flip back tailing a waist high ledge in the riviera.

I can't stand skating in shorts. Don't like the way it looks, don't like the way it feels. Not to mention that your legs get so much more beat up. If I have shorts on and plan on skating I just change into pants instead.
i was gonna say something but you summed it up nicely

My ass sweats a lot so I do shorts in Summer. East Coast is humid so there's no other option, running around in sweaty pants is no fun for anyone.

Your shorts should be longer than your underwear and that is the only rule. The only stipulation is that if you wear chubbies you look like a fucking frat bro.

Have you noticed that good skaters who wear shorts have completely unblemished shins? You won't see ishod with any scabs. If I skate in shorts I'm bleeding within seconds, guaranteed.

I skate in shorts all the time and I really don't get shinners. But then again, I don't really do many flip tricks when casually skating.

mine are completely fucked up, but they are just as fucked when I wear pants. pants barely do anything in terms of preventing cuts and scrapes.
