Any expert on that "bone healing cold laser" at the beggining?
Seems like huge bullshit to me, but I'm no expert.

They stimulate metabolism in the injured area by basically creating tiny cellular level damage that makes the immune system respond to the area with bloodflow and nutrients.

The science is there but im not exactly sure how effective it is???  Its fairly common practise now especially among athletes and arthritis patients.

That episode was weird, I wasnt even aware leo was injured? Hopefully he heals up nicely and continues to destroy spots as per usual

You can shine a laser pointer on you ankle for the same effect. I shine mine in my eyes to help with my glaucoma.

Knowing how gnarly Leo is, it's insane that this is his first broken bone.

he broke his tibia? bad timing but a chronically folded ankle with torn ligaments is far worse than that. Should put him back two months tops. they need to chill with the piano and slow motion jesus so thirsty to be picked up by TLC or something.
