Just bought the lakai JB. Gillet highs, and the sole kind of got ripped off on the inner side of the shoe, after like two days of skating, goddamn Im angry right now.

these have great board feel, i wish they made em vulcanized too. Their simple too, i dont like my shoes to be so flash that people are distracted from the skating.

they have it all lace protectors, air bags where you need them most, double stitching, ankle support, one piece toe cap and they probably can be seen from far away if that helps you any.

The last three pairs of shoes i've had were all MJ selects. I love the way they skate but they don't last more than a month or two before they start to get too thin and destroy your feet, but that's the story of vulcanized shoes. I have two pairs right now that i got for 39 bucks each and I alternate them every session. I would rather have two pairs of these for the price of one pair of Nikes anyday.

they skated well and got broken in really fast when i first started skating them a week ago. now they feel like I have to break them in again. weird. i'm not feeling the fake vulcanised shit either.
