Just finished the first season of Colony, I think it's a USA network show. It has one dude from Lost and the wife that was in The Walking Dead. Anyway it's decent, if you feel like you don't know whats going on the beginning, I think thats what they were going for because it confused the fuck out of me. They explain it much later.

It's okay, don't think its a game changer but it will keep you entertained if you have nothing else to watch

You guys need to watch "Dark" on netflix. Finished watching it yesterday and holy shit. I think my girlfriend is still clueless about what happened in the final (or the whole thing). Its german, but dont let thay deceive you, its awesome and once you start connecting some dots it really grabs you.

Such a good show. Maybe one of my favorite seasons ever from any TV show

One of my favourite movies,ever!!!
watched Guy Ritchie`s RocknRolla,great fun
They have True Romance on Canadian Netflix? I'm jealous.

I've been re-watching the Tarantino movies they have on Netflix (Jackie Brown, Hateful Eight, Inglorious Basterds) lately, but had to watch a torrent of True Romance.

The Founder is a pretty decent movie to watch, if you're hungover or just want to watch something light.
Good cast too: Michael Keaton, that guy who's probably the Zodiac Killer in Zodiac, and Nick Offerman.

edward norton as 'stone'. he's in prison and roberty deniro is the door. you have to go through him to leave. he uses his wife on the outside to convince the parole board.
EN also sports some pretty bitchin' whiteboy corn rows.

Netflix original movie "Moonwalkers" is good. Ron Perlman is hilarious...

I never actually saw all of Casino, gonna watch it tonight.

I'm kinda curious to try and make my way through the whole Cruel Intentions trilogy too.

Just watched season 5 of Bates motel. The first 3 seasons were hard to get through because I hate Norma but the last season was tight.

For people outside the US, Annihilation comes out this week. I'm looking forward to it. There's an interesting backstory on how Paramount sold the international rights to Netflix behind the directors back too if you look for it.

Hopefully Garland will deliver because the trailer hinted at a generic action romp. Couldn't be further from the source material.

Ah, it says that the movie might be “too complicated” and “too intellectual” to connect with mainstream audiences in this article. Right...

I think I'm super late to finally seeing The Place Beyond the Pines? I really liked it overall.

I was super into the first section with Ryan Gosling, got kinda bored during the middle Bradley Cooper section, but then got into it again when the trashy Italian kid shows up in the third act.

It's not on Netflix, but im almost on season 10 of King of the Hill on some shitty website. I had seen it periodically growing up and always thought it was funny, but shit, after watching it in chronological order and understanding the character development of everyone, it is truly funny as shit.

Bahhhhhhh!

Allen.

Just started the new season of Love, no Jason Dill 3 episodes in, hate the main character Gus but Gillian Jacobs more than makes up for that tool.

Just caught in the theater tonight and really enjoyed it. I still would have liked it, but I'm very glad I had the chance to see it in theaters instead of on a TV.

It honestly felt like Garland was adapting someone else's story, which obviously he was, but it seemed...noticeable. It didn't feel as solid and intimately thought out as Ex Machina, but more so a relatable idea he had found in someone else's story and wanted to present what he had gleaned as it fit. I haven't read the novels yet so I can't say that's the case, it's just sort of the general feeling I got. I've read that he was pretty liberal with the source material, which isn't surprising. At least when Kubrick had his way with someone's story, it felt like it was his.

The Netflix deal and middling box office numbers coupled with the fact that he's said he has zero plans to bring the other novels to the screen is a bummer, because it was gorgeous, solid all around (outside of some story elements feeling shoe horned), and I'd like to see more.

It did get me really interested in visiting the source material though, so at least I've got three more books to read.

Having read the first two I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Anxiously waiting to read Acceptance.

I saw they recently added Wind River on there. I really enjoyed it. I always am intrigued by movies that are based in more remote regions of the US. Jeremy Renner does an awesome job in it as well.

Currently watching cars 3 with my son.

The story has some holes in it, but overall it's not too bad.

I was genuinely moved towards the end where the trainer girl finishes the race(very progressive writing went into this script)

Good times. Still like cloudy with a Chance of meatballs 1 & 2 much better
