glad you guys liked my clip, love getting people stoked. to be honest i'm not too sure how the trick even happened - i had never done it over a gap that big and started flinging it around as a joke, then my friend who filmed it (nikola racan from croatia - the guy behind the yearly vladimir indie skate film & photo festival and the video solsticij - which this clip is excerpted from) convinced me that i could, and should, do it, and i somehow ended up rolling away from one. we had just landed in london one hour prior, during which nikola had almost died ran over by traffic three times (disoriented by the switch driving style). casper brooker had just filmed the line he does there in the isle video (the one he starts with a kickflip over the gap) 10 minutes before and it was so sick to see in person. actually you can see jake harris and tom knox making fun of me in the corner of my clip after i land.
Justis i remember you & the footage you used to post on skateboard-city years ago... dark raillie was dope and your smile upon landing it even better. hope you find a good street spot for that one.
Mark Renton that spot looks really fun to skate. don't be so hard on yourself, you seem to be having a good time.
Blind Fisherman rad style. park looks like tons of fun. there's a similar flat gap in my hometown that i absolutely love skating. but even the small kickers and that two block you tried to fakie ollie up (!) look pretty quirky and original.
here's some quick flatground my friend filmed of me a couple of days ago to try out a new phone fisheye my girlfriend nicked from some shitty roxy store. never thought i would ever use shit like this but the part of me who likes experimenting with wonky filming set-ups is actually kind of into it. a few rare birds in there maybe, if any of you PALS feel inspired to try some of those i'm down to share my ways ! PS. you don't necessarily have to be wearing fallen shorts from the summer 2010 season in order to perform any of the following manoeuvers.
for part 1 &
for part 2 (or maybe should it be 'chapter' 1 & 'chapter' 2 ? it's 2017 - skateboarding is serious)
