Looking at the timeline, we had Stay Gold come out it 2010, that Bones vid came out in 2011, and the deathwish video was 2013. Don’t you think Reynolds wouldn’t care as much about this if the video was 3 years later? Why would he want it out sooner in another video? If he didn’t like Moose or whatever why did he shell out the money so he could skate to Bowie? Why does Moose make smoothies with water as the main liquid?

I’m not separating the art from the artist, in the sense that I love Moose’s skating so much I condone him being a diddler… but his YouTube channel is basically performance art in itself, and far more fascinating than the occasional minute of Reynolds we get these days. 

There’s more than enough good skating to watch out there.  There’s only one shelf stocking, olive eating, neighbour feuding, kink cutting, self deprecating ex/kinda still pro, youtuber. 

I’m just curious what his deal with Mystery is, and if he’ll ever put a part out for them or just Icon boardshop.  And speaking of Icon’s video, I’m actually kinda interested to see what Malibu cooks up.  He has decent style and nice fs noses.

I get where you’re coming from but I can’t agree. Not that I think of his name when I think “skaters with good style”, far from it . 
But his bs 3 down Hollywood is so well done (DW ender) that the execution stuck out more to me than the actual trick over the years.
I don’t think I’ve seen any of his other parts , but that DW one has a few other tricks I would say are done excellently (Bs 3 flip, pop shove nosegrind a rail,  he manages to make a hardflip bs tail varial heel to regular look really decent too).

He’s not a style god or anything but saying the majority of what he did looks like shit isn’t reflective of his skating imo. Style = subjective and all that; but like I at least understood why people made fun of Duffel’s style despite it being personally appealing to me.

It's the floppy, "not sure where my legs are" style that negates any of his abilities for me. He's objectively very good; just looks like a combination of some of the worst "style aspects" of skateboarding.
