I haven't but a) you know I'm riding a fairly big passport deck at the moment and b) there will be no more Chico boards on Chocolate which is really the end of an era right there. He always looked like he was having so much fun on that shape so I just had to buy it. I'll chuck a c) in there too and say it looks like the type of shape where big pants/ small wheels were just about to become popular, but there was still that video days/ early new deal-era vibe which just pulls so hard at those nostalgia strings in my heart.

yes! me and my crew watched that video everyday for maybe like 3 years? That and video days were our go to vids and we all wanted to have backside flips as nice as Chico's. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if the board(s) he is riding in love child are what inspired that chocolate shape. I know you don't like big boards but I have a feeling it might be a bit of an icon in years to come.

So I posted this site the other day on the sale thread. This shop was having this insane sale. (too good to be true) A few people checked out but everything was later canceled. Well I called them back though and i ended up being able to get my shit.
They werent so happy, but they were cool. Best deals ever, holy shit. Even snagged a Pycho stick for $3.79! Im stoked for Christmas.

Quick thoughts on the 98 slims? The idea to buy some has been bouncing around in my head for a while.

They are good slim light cupsole pretty durable. Im a purist so I like the OG better, Og version has rubber wrapped around so they last forever
