Had my first bbq'd corn on the cob yesterday, cooked in a foil with salt and butter, oh my gawwwwd. Just snacked on a frozen shrimp ring with seafood sauce.
Got a couple chicken breasts with pepper and poultry seasoning baking in oil and beer. I'll probably refrigerate them then pick them apart to pan fry with some chicken flavored rice tomorrow.
I tenderized a couple of top sirloin grilling steaks and threw them in a marinade of beer, oil, bbq sauce, s+p and minced garlic. I'll wait a bit longer for munchies to set it then fry one up with some onions.
