Switched to Thunders right after getting hurt and couldn’t skate all summer. I’ve ridden Indy forever and now I realize I need a bigger wheelbase deck and probably some smaller wheels because I’m getting a lot of  and can’t pop. Just hate ordering decks. Wheels are kind of expensive too eh?

I just switched to thunders and I’m thinking about getting a set of risers to give me a little more height. I find myself air balling a lot of tricks if I don’t remind myself to pop more into the pop but I’m getting there

Picked up a pair of Es Contracts, Ronnie Creager black and white colorway and after a day of walking around in them I have a hole in my big toe knuckle. Shoes feel good but this sucks.

Just ordered this deck. Never been so stoked on a blank/shop deck. My girlfriend and I have been going bowling with my mom a lot so it’s pretty neat. Gonna send my mom a picture when it comes.

Also got some 51mm Formula 4 tablets. Fucking stoked.

Globe Los Angered ii in black suede. Never payed attention to their shoes but these are a really nice mid/high top. Interested to see how they last, havn't skated in them. Might keep an eye out for a back up pair. Feel way better than the one pair of skate hi's I had.

Oh I fully agree. I would buy a bunch of re-issue Birdhouse decks if they put them out.

Always wanted that graphic but I think they only made it in like an 8 which was too big at the time. Everyone though that board was so sick when it came out.

The falcon 1 is my favorite of the series.

As for the reissues go, as much as i'd be down it would just completely f*ck collectors over. Most birdhouse decks from 97-01 are worth anywhere from the lower hundreds up to almost $4,000.
I paid like $115 for the hawk full skull which was skated previously so its pretty blemished. A mint one would probably be around $3-500, maybe more depending on the colorway. One of these heath goop guys sold for over $3500!!)


That heath scarecrow deck is worth about 2k. imagine spending that much and having them do a reissue...

Damn shame though.. imo that era of birdhouse had the best graphics in the history of skateboarding.
