Ok, so I can't be 100% positive this is her, but I believe she is a local toronto punk that goes by the name of Nubs. Now this name was coined by NOFX. She worked for an internet punk radio station and used to get carried in a back pack to local punk shows. She showed up to the nofx show and they were so amazed by her, it inspired the band to write the song "She's Nubs"...

It's kinda hard to wear high heels, or slip on banana peels
