Only thing leafs are trading for imo is top four d men, and nobody is trading at the moment, nevermind kadri.

He will re sign imo and do well as a leaf. Anywhere else, like you said, he's basically an afterthought

He's already signed until 2022 his trade NTC kicks in after next season I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised if he is at least tested on the market. If not 4.5 mill for a third line center with scorin ability is not a bad trade off

Nashville fans are amazing, never seen anything like it in the NHL. They pan over to Carrie Underwood 30x a game and she's fired up too.

NHL games usually feel like an 18000 person couch, but not in Nashville.

They panned to Carrie Underwood 30 times because she's the face of NBC's Sunday Night Football.. It has nothing to do with her husband, which is why they rarely make the connection.

That Murray taunt from Game 3 was absolute perfection. Nashville might possibly have the best fans in the league, and I'm a Wild fan.

That's super rad Abyss! I can't imagine ever taking on something for someone that high up.

If any centre on the Leafs would be moved via trade, it's Bozak.

Word on the street is that Wild are shopping around Nino Niedereitter which is quite possibly one of the stupidest things they can do at this moment. Nino is the kind of player we need more of. We don't have nearly enough physical presences on the team right now. Coyle, Nino, Prosser, and Staal when he feels like it, maybe that's it.

Nashville got so hosed on that goal because the ref blew his whistle wayyyyy too early. It would have been a very different game if they put up a goal that early on. If I were a Predator fan I'd be bummed.

I'd be more bummed on the pathetic power play and the 5 on 3. You got to swarm in those situations and they just played keep away. I guess it's easier to blame the refs and throw shit on the ice, fuckin hicks.

Even philly fans don't throw shit on the ice when they lose the cup at home

Probably gonna go to the victory parade on Wednesday. Last year there were 400k people downtown, which is about the population of pittsburgh total haha

There was no audio at the bar where I was watching and the no goal call was sooo ridiculous. Hearing it later it was definitely audible, but still dude blew the whistle wayyyy to early. It sucks, but they got a lot more opportunities and Murray just wasn't having it.

It really sucks, but he lost track of the puck so he (unfortunately) was correct by the book.

Doesn't suck at all, the ref didn't even make a mistake he couldn't see the puck. Hockey fans are typically dumb neanderthals and I deal with them everyday in Canada. Like Nashville was going to win 1-0 and walk into Pittsburgh and win game 7? Please...

Shutout at home, walk of shame boys.

Super sad news regarding Hossa. He's such a great player and was not slowing down so hopefully he will get a chance to come back in some capacity.

August's almost over and I still can't believe that nobody's signed Jagr. I really don't want to see him retire or go to the KHL. He's still an asset to any team he plays for and could be potentially useful leadership to a young team.

The Flames are gunna get him, or at least its in the works. Seriously the guy us a legend on and off the ice, just having him around young players is beneficial.

PS 50$ on buffalo being in the bottom 5 teams again this year.

Source? I hope that's true, they could really use him on the 3rd or 4th line.
