Best shoe.  I love them even more without the rubber toe cap.

Question on sizing in the new 379 - Is it like the other numerics I've skated in the past where you need to go half a size up? Or is this one that's true to size?

I just finished skating the 440 and went a half size up. I feel like the only NB# that's true to size I've had is the pro court.

the 440 and 379 are true to size in my opinion.

Finally got myself a pair of the 420’s. Found them for $42 at Skate Warehouse. I haven’t skated them, but after a day of walking around in them, they are already breaking in and feel great. I was worried how they would fit, but they feel TTS to me. I could see how someone might want to go down a half size, but I think that would be too snug. If you’re thinking about getting these, I would highly recommend them

In my experience ALL NB# need to be half size bigger with the only exception of 420 that are TTS

Should be true for you.  I wear an 11.5 in all NB shoes (except 212's) and i'm currently wearing 11.5's, didn't need to go up or down in the 913's.  So, if you've had any before (except the 212's), stay with that size.

913s fit tts for me, probably one of the most comfortable skate shoes i’ve worn in recent memory.

I'm size 8 and all my NB# had been 8.5 with the only exception of 420's that were to big on that size. Besides that 255, 288, 358, 440 and 533 always half size bigger.

You may have wide feet or something then? I wear a size 10 in every NB shoe I've ever bought including the running shoes I have. Skated both versions of the 533, 913 and 868 all size 10.

Nah I agree with Moonordie. I've been .5 size up in everything but the pro court. Never tried the 420 though. Other NB shoes (non skate) I wear my normal size.

I’m a victim of advertisement. This kinda sold me on the 306s and I haven’t really even considered NB shoes before.

But is the outsole really natural rubber? Isn’t that stuff kinda heavy? From what I’ve understood pretty much all soles these days are made of synthetic rubber.

I’d love an all natural shoe free from any non-sustainable products.

I think one of the last few 533 colorways coming out as they are being phased out soon?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but does anyone know if the 533 v2 is still in production? I see it's on sale at Tactics in some colorways and I definitely want to scoop a pair if they're getting phased out or something. Still in search of the perfect cupsole shoe for my wide and achy feet ever since they stopped making the Suciu 1.
[close]

We're currently out booking Holiday 2019 533's with 2 colorways in that season so they're still in the line.  But I do know that people like these for wide feet and the 440's also work well for a wider foot, so either should work for you I would think.
