I just ordered two items the other day. Due to it being cold as balls here at the moment, the only option to skate is the indoor park downtown. It's a pretty good place, but it's slick as shit! So to hopefully avoid another hipper (swear I get one every time I've ever skated the place), I ordered some super soft, cruiser wheels. OJ III Hot Juice Minis (55mm). Hopefully they will keep the board from sliding out from under me.
Also, I've been skating a set of Bronson G3's for quite a while now. I must have been lucky because they've felt fast and smooth the whole time to me; but I've been reading all of the hate for them on here and it got me a little paranoid that maybe I just "think" they are fast and working right. I've seen some love for the Indy blacks and I found a really good deal on a set so I ordered them to see if that will be an improvement. I think I'll put the G3's in the Hot Juice wheels for the occasional trips to the indoor park when it's cold or raining and put the blacks in my normal F4's for daily use. I hope it's an improvement.
