I have PJ 533 V1 and V2. Size 12 in both. Probably could do 11.5 in the V2 after wearing them a little bit. Wish they weren’t phasing them out...
Anyways, at some point I wanna try the 440 but I’m a size 11 and it seems that all NB models except the 212/213 were 0.5 -1.0 size up. Are current runs of the 440 running true to size? Seems like the consensus around here is yes. Size up or go TTS?

For reference, I’m an 11 in Vans Pros, 11.5 in Marana/Joslin, 10.5 in 212/213. Thanks, all!

The 212 is our main shoe that fits off.  It's 1/2 size too big, so I normally wear an 11.5 in everything we make but I wear an 11 for the 212/213....just so you're aware.  Get a 1/2 size down on it and you should be good. 
Those 212TYO white/green Tokyo ones are so good.

I've skated slip on pros for the last few years. 212s are better (and wider) in every way, except the laces don't hold up. I'm a 10 in slip on pros and 10 in 212s fit perfectly. I can see why people would recommend a half size down, but I would just go with your true size. The shoe's going to be wide enough for you either way.

About the width - probably the widest shoe I've ever had. It took a few sessions to get used to, but now I can't go back to anything narrower. Definitely disproves that a pointy toe helps your flick. Such a stable shoe because of the width and sole. It's everything I want in a shoe, won't be buying anything else from here on out.

Yeah, on the 212's just go a 1/2 size down.  You're a 10.5 in Vans and other stuff, just snag a 10 and you should be good.  212's are rather wide for a vulc shoe so hopefully those will fit your foot shape.
The 212/213 are the only shoe I have to size down in for any of the Numeric stuff.  I know others on here have different experiences but that's mine.  I skate the 440's and 288 Sport mostly now.

The leather 440's are such an upgrade over the suede models. Seems like the ollie wear area holds up so much better on that seam.

Thanks dude! I’m going with the 10.5 though. My feet are so wide and I’ve tried on a ridiculous amount of shoes. And 10.5 usually is the size I need. I tired on some 10 NB# at an outlet once and needed a 10.5.

Grabbed a pair of the 440s on sale, think I’ll like them after break in.

Super stiff new compared to what I’m used to (adidas, Vans, old 288s). For me they fit a hair larger than size & slightly narrow across the toe box.

My experience as well. I really liked the slim, narrow fit but I thought the 440s were just a little long in the toe box, fairly rigid all around, and I didn’t think the board feel was anything special.

I’m still positive overall on my 913s but my worries about the tread not being very deep seem to be coming true. I’ve only had mine for 2 months of mild skating during quarantine and the ball of my foot is looking like it’ll be about another month or 2 until the tread is bald. The shoe looks new otherwise.

I only wear my skate shoes skating and it’s not unusual for me to have a pair last 9 months to a year. Little disappointed they’re wearing so quickly on year old Jessup.

I would definitely skate a skate version of the 990. Mostly to piss my girlfriend off, she hates it when I wear my 990s.

No, I don’t get to skate much. That was part of my point: that I’m halfway through the tread of a shoe that I barely wear in a comparatively shorter time than I would a pair of Emericas.

I would not call the 306 pointy at all! it is quite round with a very slight taper.

It is a good shoe for those with wider feet but I would not get another pair, not nearly enough cushioning for me and I generally do not like vulc shoes.

Will not be buying anything but cupsoles from now on, waiting for those Tiagos!!

Glad you commented on the cushioning. I had looked at these and thought they might work for me. For some reason I had decided they had some decent cushioning, despite their vulc construction

ya, they are no better than some vans really.

The tongue and collar area and fit is good but the only cushioning you get is from the insole.

Otherwise it's just thin rubber underneath.

Surprised Big boy Foy wouldn't want more cushion.

That being said I really want a pair of authentics, even tho I know it’s gonna suck/hurt.
The 212s also looked great, for wide footers. Same problems no doubt
