angeleno skateshop is half a mile from the lake. can't get more echo park then that. or just hang out at the lake and ask the various known sponsored skaters who hang out there every afternoon.

Just checked it out, not sure if I’d be into a lot of those events but I’ll have to hang out and give it a chance.

I also heard about Brooklyn projects on melrose, guess I’m just seeing if there’s a real nice shop to know about because I need to setup a board before I can even skate to talk to people and figure it out.
