Sounds like a discussion for a courtroom that didn't happen 9 years ago, and most likely because they paid her a lot of money to settle and keep it quiet.

Hey if you wanna be a detective and get to the bottom of this shit go right ahead, but at least realise cancel culture is the worst thing about your whole country right now.

Your whole generation are a bunch of retards,
Soon you won't have any comedy, the coolest thing to watch will be another remake of Spider-Man, and you'll get jailed for hatespeech after using words like look and mongo.

Gossip is one thing, but every second American is a fucking activist these days, and they don't look in their own backyard.
Let's ruin the world with accusations, but make sure we use correct pronouns.

What a pitiful moron you are.

Sorry to ruin the Nike/Nyjah hate thread with this trivia but Kobe was sponsored by Adidas when the rape stuff happened and they dropped him right away as did a ton of his other sponsors. Kobe didn't sign with Nike until a couple years after this. If you're gonna make inflammatory comments at least get the details right.

Not sure if it this was your intention or not but this actually makes Nike look even worse

I stand corrected. Excellent detective work, maybe you can find an article that says he was guilty..oh wait.... ;^)

from what I can recall about the case it sounded like rough sex that kobe took too far,  I think he implicated Shaq would pay women a lot to keep them taking he to court for anything and he should have done the same.

Remember that Chapelle skit with the love contract, essentially this was what kobe was talking about andWell its because a lot of high profile basketball players have affairs with women who will do kinky sex shit knowing that it will always be taken out of context.

Sane Smith
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to navigationJump to search
Sane & Smith were the names used by a New York graffiti duo, composed of David Smith ("Sane") and his brother Roger Smith ("Smith"), active during the 1980s.

About
Sane & Smith were among the most persistent taggers in New York during the 1980s. According to Smith, they set themselves and accomplished the goal of leaving a tag every 20 feet in the 60th Street Tunnel.[1] Sane & Smith are particularly notable for painting on the top level of New York's Brooklyn Bridge, after which they were sued by the City of New York for $3 million, the biggest lawsuit to date against graffiti writers.[2] The work covered both sides of the Manhattan tower of the bridge, and was visible for miles.[3]

New York's Transit Police had been tracking Sane & Smith for three years and described them as "one of the top 20 graffiti artists in the city in terms of damage done."[4]

David Smith was not college educated. His brother Roger obtained a degree in computer science from Fordham University, though subsequently gave up his job to paint full-time.[2]

In October 1990,[5] Sane was found dead in the waters of Flushing Bay.[2] Speculation about the reasons for his death were rife but inconclusive.[6] It was believed he was a good swimmer.[2] In February, aged 19, he had been arrested and had become the first graffiti writer in Manhattan to be formally accused of third-degree criminal mischief.[5][7] The city dropped its lawsuit against Smith after Sane's death.[8]

Roger Smith continued to paint as "Smith", collaborating with Chris Pape ("Freedom").[9] Smith is married to fellow graffiti artist Lady Pink.

Good news guys, it's not the military industrial complex, war on workers, ridiculously insane healthcare industry, fossil fuels stranglehold on politicians... It's women finally having a voice and sometimes that going slightly too far.
