I think alcohol is especially interesting to consider since it can make you think less before acting and an essential part of skateboarding is overcoming fear and hesitation, I see where you're coming from with this question like wondering if a pro who did something gnarly while drunk would even consider doing it while sober.
Yea a landed trick is a landed trick, but when it comes to a skater's identity in my opinion the gnarliest skaters are the ones who can push themselves past the fear and perform in top form soberly, rather than being gnarly as fuck but only if they're on something. It's like who has that stable, internal mental capability versus having it be circumstancial and dependent on something external like substances.
