Rullep�lse is a traditional Danish cold-cut. I have made a deal with myself to never even taste it (can you see why?).

Hmm, to me most traditional Danish food is boring and bland, that's why I chose to call Nyjah rullep�lse. But sm�rrebr�d is a thing I would recommend. Lots of info here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sm%C3%B8rrebr%C3%B8d.
 I am partial to leverpostej and herring myself.
