We all know that is the case, but it would be nice to see Burnett realized as the figurehead. If phelps was gone I doubt much would change at all, as most people have already said. I went to a street party there a few years ago and shit was one of the best days of my life. Guys serving rum and juice in cups, nangs galore, mad reggae music, dope food.  Things got pretty heated at a couple of points however and the riot squad had to be called in. Lets make this clear: NEIL SMITH WAS NOWHERE NEAR LANDING HIS TRICK. He got cut because he should have been cut, but somehow years later this idea that he was oh-so-close to landing it persists. He came nowhere near landing it. Not close, not almost a make, not any try could have been the one.
