Ha...A few months ago I had just finished not landing a bunch of tricks at my local(also in the Bay) and was quietly cursing myself on the bench when two vans pulled up and about 15 dudes jumped out. I was thinking, cool, major sesh about to break out and them I saw the blades. These were older bladers with cut-off jorts and a dude rocking just a vest. I calmly rolled my weed and thought this is going to be good. These guys had a filmer and waxer(and these assholes waxed everything possible). The highlight was listening to the talk about their blade crew and rival blade crews that they have funk with.

Rollerblading was cool back then I had a couple of friends who skated and did some fruitbooting too I always thought it looked awful though, but if Reda did back then I guess it was acceptable, like in the 80's mall grab wasn't a thing you can't really get an old 80's picture of someone mall grabbing and say hey he's a kook.
