I am so confused wasn't he talking about foods for his specific auto-immune condition that he no longer eats and trying things he heard might help it out? He didn't make any diet claims for you or me I didn't think. Cause he was vegan for awhile before. Then he brought up Jordan Peterson's daughter as an example of someone with an auto immune disease that eats on the crazy end of the spectrum weird meat and fat and salt. But you are acting like he endorsed Jordan Peterson. Maybe I missed something that's what I thought he was saying. I am also confused if you are pro or anti neen Williams. Later in the thing he made a comment about being into "all kinds of conspiracy shit" and I had no difficulty at all extrapolating that into imagining him sitting down with hours and hours and hours of dorky podcasts since he had already mentioned the one

Oh Aha yeah I never realised they were so close at all. Neen is actually a respectable home cook he's got some good recipes and ankle stretches , genuinely useful content on youtube. I like how they talked about being entertained by conspiracies for what they are but not accepting it as truth it's exactly what reasonable people usually do.

If people are still surprised that Spencer peddles weird conspiracy stuff - particularly as it applies to foods - then you haven’t really paid any attention to any of his other interviews, have you? Definitely an example of a great skater who you don’t need to listen to.

Did he talk about his board sponsor situation or anything else about skating? EDIT: There was a while where he was only skating super small companies like TKF and Scum Co boards and I thought it would be cool if he signed with one of them. Did he discuss what spawned that?

I was skeptical as I've always been turned off but this guy's conspiracy theory stuff but it was an enjoyable episode and the dude seems way more level headed about that stuff than he used to be. Definitely came off more normal than I thought and was an entertaining guest.

So basically if you're avoiding it because you don't want to hear preaching about GMO for an hour and a half then don't worry. It was a good listen.
