I watched it once (the owner of Purple Skunk shop on Geary in SF had a copy) and it's not really that special; the nudity is brief and barely memorable—no dis, Chief  . But it's probably super embarrassing for Thomas at this point.

You can also get in trouble for passing yourself off as an LLC or INC when you're not, but I'm not sure what the penalty is for that. Florida dude should have discovered all this in his due diligence before he started buying a business entity that doesn't exist.

All you have to do is go to the California Secretary of state website and do an entity search, it takes 2 minutes. I did like 3 yesterday in the Caribbean. Billed a whole 6 minutes.
