Raggedy ass broken window bilge mobile.
Jason Jesee smokes broken windows so the car suited him well, it was probably hard for him to lose his car and not be able to wear Nazi memorabilia within such a short period of time

Fuck 1010, always.

But a raffle is a raffle, that's how they fucking work. Everyone who enters gets a chance to win something on the low in exchange the person that planned it gets the benefit, any person with a functioning brain knows that upfront.

That's why people are always doing raffles for charity, it makes a lot of money, and as others have said JJ seems to be a bit of a charity case at this point.

Where things get messy for me though is Nuge saying he wasn't on the list, if that happened to others something slimy is definitely going on and not outside of the realm of something 1010 would do.

Not a fan of JJ but the raffle was pretty clear.
Obviously based on the original post, he was going to make that extra 30K depending on how much he was actually going to donate to whatever cause it was.
He also prolly deleted all the posts so he doesn’t get caught by the IRS.

Saw this last week and was surprised it wasn’t talked about on here. Definitely a cash grab, but that was clear from the beginning. What’s crazy is a lot of ppl bought more than one ticket at 100 bucks each, one dude even dropped a grand. I wonder what that car is actually worth, i would definitely take 15k cash over that

I wonder if the nine club experience is paying attention. They do a raffle every week with donations

It’s unfortunate that instead of trying to really give back, maybe by investing in education or trying to just start a new positive chapter, professional skateboarders can’t move on and take their talent and strengths elsewhere when their time is up.

Not trying to out anyone, but skateshops are doing this right now with their stupid limited Nikes. Selling 100 $20 raffle tickets to win a pair of $150 shoes. Shady if you ask me, but at least they're making money off of hypebeasts I guess.

Is OP the crack Instagram sleuth that cracked the caper of the 1010 money grab, or literally the only other person that cares?  He probably "donated" the money to the debt collector sent to off him.

They aren’t even winning the shoes, that are winning the opportunity to purchase the shoes at full retail.

can't tell if people are upset with the raffle or still have a hard on for their favorite human. If you are really over this guy why do you keep making topics about him? time to come out of the closet and for you to march in the streets.

Jesus, someone just fucking pony up the few dollars to do a fucking title transfer search with the CA DMV and you can all stop freaking the fuck out over this.

Either someone got the car and it was legit, or, if the title is still in his name in a few days at most, it’s bullshit.  This isn’t rocket science, this is visible on public record if you actually care enough to check into it.

Even if he made money on this, it’s not a scam, just that he set the total buy-ins way above the value of the car.  Just because you don’t like how the game works doesn’t mean your tears are validated, it’s just that most of you still believe JJ is practically walking around in Klan attire because some of you aren’t too bright regardless of your level of post-HS education.  Some lucky bastard probably won a car for $100, and guess what - it wasn’t you.

Either spend a few dollars to do some real honest investigation and get a real answer on whether this was a valid transfer due to the raffle, or, kook yourselves as SLAP does so well.  Can’t wait for the hate that I will surely get for giving a simple solution that could either turn this into another epic 99 page thread, or, shut it all down for pointing out that nobody is willing to pony up and do some easy work.  Do the work, get your answer, but ffs, just get an answer that can give the actual facts here.

This isn’t the case with skate shops at all.

I work for a place that pretty much invented the raffle platform for footwear online it’s always been free to enter and the winners pay retail.

It’s a way to avoid bots buying all the shoes before anyone else gets a chance to and stops people sleeping outside the store for days.

It makes things fairer but if you think some of these raffles get 500,000 people entering for 500 pairs of shoes

I think these raffles are good for skate shops, I just wanted to clarify what that first person was saying, raffle is to buy the shoes not to win them.

Seems pretty clear that he broke the charity/raffle law, but he didn’t scam anybody. All the outraged nerds on his insta are gonna stay fucked. When he goes down for the raffle law the government’s gonna keep all the money. Nobody that paid in will get shit. So everybody involved is a loser. But we already knew that.

The person winning is the true winner, that is an outrage. I would like the 499 losers to be the true winners.
Furthermore I am outraged to hear that 500 x 100 = 50,000.
