Somebody at my skatepark didn’t like their barnyard so they left it at the park in reasonably good condition and I grabbed it. I ended up breaking my Chico Stix I posted a little bit ago pretty quickly and I needed something to use my 169s with so I set this up. Added the Dead Kennedys quote on the grip.
Street Plant Barnyard 9.5”
Indy 169s Hollow Forged
Indy plastic 1/4” risers
NFG 95a 60mm Vee prototypes from a while ago, they’re probably 57 or 58 by now
Reds
Not sure what grip but I dig the fly cutout.

Made this one because I felt like it would be funny to make it. The idea had been bouncing around in my head for a while and when I was taking stuff apart and putting stuff back together to make the barnyard setup I was like fuck it, why not spend another 15 minutes and follow through with the idea.
Sour 7.5”
Indy 215s
Mini Cubics 62mm
Reds

Op, you ok man? Being real here, you doin alright?

8.75 eagle
Af1 55 ace trucks
Spitfire 55mm og classic f4
Jessup grip

Dang, I had pretty much the exact same setup, but with hard bushings and 56mm conical fulls.  Favorite setup I've ever had.  Just build up a Huffer, but I think I like the white eagle better.

Niiiiice! Hahah. Twinning bro. How do you like that huffer on 8.5 trucks? And how do you like the 8.5 ace trucks on 8.75? I find it easier for flip tricks. I don’t even feel like the trucks are too small, somehow it works fine.

8.28?! (weird size) Zion Cathedral.  Formula 4 Conical Spitfires 52mm.  03 Low Ace trucks I know they are a bit undersized but they don't make an 04 low truck and it helps your board flip better.  Random bearings that haven't broken yet with no shields I think there might be a couple swiss in there still.   Pizza (yeah I know. I got it cheap) shaped board with they started as 55 or 56mm Bones.  Old recycled Ace 03s random whatever I could find in my skate bag bearings.

The AF1 55's fit pretty good on the huffer, but I don't really like the shape all that much, I prefer popsicles. I have a set of AF1 66's as well but want a set of 60's as I think they would fit most of the decks I want to ride the best.  I agree it works good for kickflips on the 8.75 eagle, but my ocd has me wanting a more flush setup.  I tried the 66's on the White eagle and they poked pretty bad on the back.  I want to try a Cream eagle now.

Rainy boring day, wondered how light I could make a standard BBS 8.38 complete. I give away all my used gear, but no one wants this weird/broken shit, sooo...

I previously bent the axles on the Tensor ATGs, so I straightened the axle back out and reamed the hollow cavities of both trucks by a couple mms then epoxied in a titanium rod. Took an angle grinder to the baseplates. One truck with all accoutrements weighs 260 grams.

Ti hardware, Smith Ti Jacobs ladder bolts as kingpins, some old Indy bearings and cursed wheels.

2234 grams or 4 pounds 14 oz.

I'll post a link to my GoFundMe when the trucks inevitably break and I smash my teeth out. :)

What are those bushings ? I mostly ride Indy’s but have two sets of tensors from a bad experiment and curious if a bushing change would actually make them rideable.  Love the grind but can’t stand the weird squeaking noises and stock bushing feeling

Quick update on this one, as any reasonable skater would expect, this was a terrible idea. Funny to look at but after eating shit from hitting my foot on a wheel mid push a couple of times I became sick of it. It's also quite challenging to kickflip, as expected. I couldn't muster a tre flip, it was far too much work.

Op, you ok man? Being real here, you doin alright?

Put my foot through the nose of my deck so set up this freshie. Took the opportunity to replace my cast 6.1s which were axled and beginning to crack around the crook groove. First time on forged ventures. 58 classics were down to sub 50 so had these loophole teardrops laying around. So far finding them very sticky, hopefully they break in cause I’m missing the spits first session for sure.

Seems like you got one of the sets with aluminium baseplates. Because the most insane thing about this is, that fully magnesium mag lights actually weigh 260g stock. Crazy to see it like that

Local skateshop closes one of their stores and skate stuff was on discount. I decided to go all in and bought new complete. Been on 8.25 for 1.5 years, now went smaller:

Palace 8.06
Thunder hi 147
Satori 51mm 101a
SKF bearings
Bones, diamond, mob

Adidas Tyshawn low were -50% too...

So are you only riding 2 bolts on each truck?  I have NEVER seen anyone do such a thing.  Not saying its bad just never seen it.
