I had that board a long ass time ago. Have you been hanging on to it, found it on a site or they reissued it?
[close]
I got it from the owner

sick setup, is that a paper scum co sticker? those give me anxiety when they get worn down and tear off. its like those stickers from the doctors office when you were a kid that never fully come off when you tear at them lol
[close]
Yeah, they don't bother me really as long as it's not on the nose
How you liking those states? I have a pair coming in the mail soon.  Seems like it has a taller sidewall than the vans slip on pro.

I like them, they fit a little wider than vans and the toe is a little more rounded off. The insole is way better than the classic vans

8.25 magenta team board i just set up after my previous board got ran over by a bus (two sessions in, too... total bummer)
139mm indys w/ whatever bushings work after the previous ones fall off (every month or so - my trucks seem to eat them)
54mm pillo wheels, the 'deep gurners' model (really dug them, now they're down to 50-ish though, so i might replace them soon. been running those since march)
pusher bearings, some euro company my shop wanted me to try - unfortunately they are terrible, really wouldn't recommend them

current shoes - state madisons

yeah my board had just got run over by a bus (hence the new deck) and the crack in the truck is from that too, so bummed. at least it survived, i've skated on it for a few hours after the incident too and so far it seems to be holding up, but yeah. i have spare indys at home but i won't be coming back in a few weeks, so here's to hoping they will last till then, although i'm certain they won't. i'll probably ask a friend for an old hanger or something in the meantime. thanks for the concern guys

I never skated colored wheels, and just wanted some. They'll probably never match
The deck looks sick in person. full dip that fades from pink to blue.

I've been eye balling those wheels so hard. If I found them in a 53 instead of 54 or 52 i probably would have snagged them up. I've never bought colored wheels before.

I'm riding some shaped boards now but 8" is usually my go-to. I've never really liked super wide boards though so I'm probably not good for advice on how it feels shifting down.

I would go with a DLX 8.06. They normally have a bigger wheelbase than other brands 8.0 with fuller nose and tails.

I went from an 8.125 to 8.25 to 8.125 again, bigger boards are funner but harder to do tricks on.

I'm going back to 8.25 from 8.5. Maybe I'll go smaller. Maybe I won't. It's really none of your business.

It's pretty mellow, it honestly feels like 1 of those full shapes dlx is running
