I spoke up because that's how misinformation begins.
Urethane has many different components, and some brands cut many corners to produce cheap, slow wheels with low rebound. There is indeed a major difference in materials.
I've heard that comment manytimes over the years "all wheels are the same, they roll."
So not true.

those are pretty good rails for a low profile, hopefully you got them screws down tight, nothing worse than a rattle from a loose rail.

Go try a long ass boardslide

they're about as tight as they can be considering theres only four on each rail but it should be okay, gave a slide n roll a shot earlier before it rained and busted my ass slipping out. deck feels super nice too, really good shape, silver spoon concave so i'll probably stick with em for the foreseeable future. gonna have to find a UK stockist with those, really dont want to have to start importing from the US.

Long shot but does skatewarehouse have any sort of warranty? I'm guessing it'd fall under regular use but the bottom ply of my Polar cracked after doing some lipslides last week. Never happened with any board I've owned before, and I'm not a heavyset dude either

I've skated for 14 years and the only time I've ever snapped a board was when I was doing a lipslide

A new board is even more likely to crack on a lipslide than an older one.
Some tricks should have a disclaimer.
Impact breaks are usually never covered under a warranty.

It's not a new board per se, I got it at the beginning of last month and Friday was literally the first time I tried lipping a rail on it (I do them on tranny all the time, never had a problem. About 2/3 of the way through my sesh I noticed it was starting to crack in a couple of places. I'm probably just gonna have to deal with it. Also bummed because lipslides are the one trick I can do that doesn't look god awful.

Sw will not replace it. I broke a baker 10 minutes into skating it , literally no slide marks, and emailed them photos of the deck. They replied, but wouldn’t do anything. I really think it was a manufacturing defect, because I usually skate my boards for a long time and never really break them.

Eh, that's why I said it was a long shot. I was just curious because I literally NEVER crack boards. I'll most likely just end up dealing with it.
