nothing special.
welcome bunyip shape 8.5" x 32.25

krux k4s
oj keyframes
mob grip

diamond hardware

Very special setup. Even the use of krux and welcome makes it special here. Do you like the bunyip? Is that what Ryan townleys boards are?

Townleys board is the Enenra shape which is kind of like this shape flipped around. It's my second favorite welcome shape next to the nibiru Jordan Sanchez shape. Something about welcomes "popsicle" shakes that I absolutely love. Thinking about getting a Ryan Lay shape next. I've been on Krux since they overdid it by sending me four pairs of trucks when I complained about some duds. They're really great trucks though and I'm still a loyal customer to them.

Sweet I like Ryan lays the only thing was the 14.75 wheelbase I couldn't get on with even as a tall person same with the nibiru. The Yung nibiru is tight though. I gotta try that bunyip next. I think the Townley is my favourite so far though.

I love that long as wheelbase! My Mexican ass is only five foot six but for some reason the Jordan Sanchez nibiru works for me. I'll have to get a Townley board for Christmas to try it out. I've been meaning to get his pro model but I've been lagging it.

No shit? I guess it really is all preference cause im 6 foot 3, both Sanchez and lay rip anyways. Ryan lay gets crazy technical so it must work for some people.

Does anyone make decks with the wider set of holes anymore?

That's tough, may have to hunt. I think that Prime or Street Plant will do some decks drilled in 6 hole pattern. Or some re-issues may have the old hole pattern with fish tail shapes.
I have a Gonz reissue with orig shape but new hole pattern. So I just bolted some Indy Stage V into the inner facing holes and drilled holes in the deck for nose/tail facing holes using stage V baseplate holes as guide. The trucks/grip cover the unused deck holes.

keyframes are excellent. bastards roll over everything. I don't really slide so these are fine for me.

Theories
Indy (Bones)
F4 (Reds)

Nothing like a completely new setup just in time for winter... OH WELL.

I rode this thing to work today, its very fun. And it's the first time I've done the bones bushings without the stock indy top washer and it's crazy how twitchy it is, I'm not sure I like it yet, but I'll give it a shot.

Is this that Special Deliver 9.0 Shape? If so I have the theories Newman deck in that shape with some keyframes as my cruiser and I love it. Big snappy generator wood with a fun shape. Lately, I've found myself riding it more than my actual set up.

Yep, that's it. I thought the name was in pretty poor taste when I saw the sticker on the board at the shop, like "OK, they're calling this board "special delivery"?!?, that's a bit of a bold move..." but then I discovered it's just the name of the shape and other graphics are on it too.

Pretty much all my boards are cruisers at this point, I can't remember the last time I did a flip trick. And most of what I skate is curbs or curb-high manny pads. This board is fun, it reminds me of one of my favorite boards of all time, my Powell McGill Mini with Thunders and Mini Rats. The tail isn't as wide and the nose is a little longer, but it feels similar somehow.

It was super cool getting to skate and hang with the guys in SF.
Also being able to use a long time friends photo for the board made it extra special.

This is a big change from the 8.75 with Ace 55s I was riding after recovering from surgery.  I feel a little scared on the little board.
