D.O.A. Chung Flat 8.25 with a badass top ply stain combo.
Jessup grip.
Venture titanium 5.25
Bronze Allen hardware
Loophole 54 "square shape"
German bearings.

Hell yeah. Currently skating the same board in an 8.5", red top ply (which I love). Going to size back down next time and bring back my 5.2 lows but I still enjoy this quite a bit.

DOA flat 8.5
V-light 5.8
F4 51mm classics
Jessup
Reds
Shorty's 7/8" allen

I still watch his part in LOTM. The intro, song, skating....rad. That graphic is dope. I haven’t skated south central boards, steep, flat?

I would say that they have a decently steep concave, but not like Scum Co. "deep dish" steep. They generally just feel great, across the various companies decks I've skated, that use SC. Not flat by any means but not the steepest of the steep. They stay crisp across the entire lifetime of the deck, too; I've never had one go soggy.

I never got to skate an American Dream or ADI, so this is pretty much my way of vicariously doing so. I tried to save this one for the wall out of love for Delco, but I am not able to save boards. And, DOA is the best.

I can't buy a board unless I know the wheelbase and the nose and tail lengths, it's probably a bit obsessive but i bring a little mini tape measure when i go to the shop for a deck. I also check socalskateshop a lot cause they generally list all those specs

I'm very specific about what shape/size/concave I like, but in my 30+ years of skating I have never known what the wheelbase is on any board I've ridden. Don't care.

My screen sucks- no bottom bushing on the Bones/Thunder combo?

Man, this thread shows the recent Venture hype. Everyone I know is on them and claiming best ever, no more floppy Indy setups.

I think its just the bad lighting and angle and dirt. Bottom bushing for sure. I actually just swapped the bushings for new ones on lunch.

Yeah, the tail's way flatter than I'm used to but I love the bluntness of the nose and tail. My first WKND and I'd get another.

Well if your being specific about size wheelbase is a fairly big factor
I set up a cruiser whilst on holiday yesterday wheelbase is too long and my nephew is going to get a free skateboard it looks like.. wheelbase is the one thing that I pay attention to. Everyone got their crazy

Lucky you, ignorance is bliss when it comes to wheelbase. Having said that, if you can find a wheelbase you're comfortable on width of boards doesn't matter as much

Yeah I can ride 8.375 or 7.5 as long as the wb is similar it doesn’t matter what size deck. What matters is what I’m gonna be skating. If I’ll be skating park with transition I’ll ride something wider and longer. If ima jump around and flip my board I’ll ride my tiny one
