Also included a picture of the grip for you guys to ridicule.

That was nice of them to grip it for you.

Don't worry, I already lost the razor blade so it's back to the scalpel. I have two decks in the mail so I'm sure I'll botch at least one of them.

Evesin 8.25
Destructo mag
53mm bones v5
Bones swiss
reebok revenge

I had switched up my wheels and trucks over the past month or so, and just hated all it, now everything's all good and purple!

It makes me uncomfortable that there is than one picture of a skateboard with a different brand of deck sticker on them in this page. I also leave the safety warning sticker on before I grip my boards, so maybe I'm the weird one.

It bothers me too, but having a plain-white graphic bothered me more.  I only have so many stickers.

Picked this deck and trucks up yesterday for a little change from from continuously swapping between 159s and 151s on my 8.5

Quasi 8.38
Tensor mag ATG maglight 5.75 (with thunder hard bushings)
Bones stf v5 53mm
6 month old super six swiss
Mob

Skated it today and cracked the tail 2hrs in :/ bummed because the shape is awesome. Trucks feel like a tall, superlight, slightly surfier thunder.

Oh man I've had my eye on those 5.75 Mag Lights for a while. I think you might have convinced me to pull the trigger after seeing how they look on an 8.38.

maybe one of the ugliest boards I've ever skated but at the same time one of the best shapes I've everr skated. It has a huge steep tail, and an even bigger nose. This is the first WKND board I've ever skated, but I'll definitely skate more of them if this shape is something they put out often

Also I have a problem where my inner two bolts rattle out on the back truck. I can't seem to keep the hardware together. New sets, old sets, locktite, etc; it doesn't matter

It’s a weird thing i’ve Never put board brand stickers on blanks either
Seems like u riding a knock off or something

There is a couple exception to this rule for me like a girl sticker on a chocolate board (or vice versa) is looks alright to me
Pretty ridiculous.. pls sticker as u pls..

It depends on the sticker. Like I wouldn't put an Element sticker on an Antihero deck (or any other deck for that matter) but I would (and have) put a Scumco sticker on an Antihero deck if it's a Kanfoush or black and gold because of the Pittsburgh connection.

Obviously everyone is free to sticker as they please and show support for anyone they want to, but for me personally there has to be a reason for it beyond just supporting the company or liking the sticker and I can definitely understand why it bothers some people. I have a weird thing too where if I put a bones/spitfire or indy sticker on a deck I feel obligated to only ride those wheels or trucks with it, even if it's to my detriment.

For an activity thats supposedly all about freedom and individuality and creativity skateboarding has so many little rituals and unwritten rules governing what's acceptable lol.

My girlfriend hates my rule of never mixing shoe company logos. Vans shirt and lakai shoes is a no.

Also never put stickers on a board that doesn’t match your current kit. No spitfire head if you skating bones.

The only thing that weirds me out about stickers is wheel companies. Like stick to the company your riding. Like if you’re skating oj’s then just slap oj stickers.

Easy to say if you don't have the madness man. My soft wheel of choice is OJ, my daily driver is Spitfire, and my park wheel is bones. I flip shit up constantly. I mostly just avoid putting stickers on my decks except for smaller brands and shop stickers. If I get a good deal from a shop and they send me stickers I'll put them on the decks so I can hype them up if someone likes the deck. I have a big ziploc full of stickers from like Indy and Spitfire for the reason mentioned though - I swap trucks and wheels between decks all the time so it's hard to avoid clashing at some point.

My buddy has a small board company but makes mainly pool shapes and all his top sheets are unfinished like that.  They're fun to ride but it makes them chip way easier and ... And it hurts more when you whack yourself.

If you swipe left you can see what the new Nose and tail looks like
Mini logo 8.5 new shape 244
ML 8.38 trucks, 54mm ML Ccuts 101d

I normally ride the 249 but 244 is replacing it in the line.

I have one of those Antihero hurricanes with the side cut and even though its still kinda rounded getting a shinner with it is like getting kicked in the balls. There's no doing the little skip/hobble and walking it off, you have to sit in the grass and suck air through your teeth for a minute while you stare at your mangled shin and wonder what the fuck you're doing with your life. It's one deck that I just don't even skate unless I'm wearing those FP socks with the shin pad.

I really like the graphic though. Didn't send help recently do one with a straight razor too?
