I haven't had much time to skate lately but that's going to change a bit which is nice, but just skating flat ground here and there the actual deck feels great. It's my first Girl board in a very long time so I can't make comparisons to the lesser quality wood they apparently used to use, but I do like this a lot.

Indy 149 standards? not even the cast baseplates with hollow kingpins & axels, forged hollows? those Bakers or the Reynolds, what about titaniums? guess you haven't seen the new Grant Taylors? just regular old ass Indy 149 standards? are those stock bushings?

DGK 8.25
Destructo magnesium
Bones 52mm v3 slim
Bones Swiss bearings
DRKRM grip

I'm skating airwalks which run wide (and I have wide feet!) kind of clunky. Probably won't last long as the stitching was wearing out before I started skating them.

My last deck I didn't post cause it was a CCS custom with my girlfriends face on it. The print looked good, but it felt like a really thin sticker. but the shape was great and I had a good time riding it.

Those look to be the Airwalk One, which, although very popular when they came out, fell apart instantly due to the placing of the panels/stitching.I remember it was so bad that it was hard to remedy even with glue/shoe goo.

This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

Fixer 8.8
Ace 55s
OJ II teamrider 61mm 97a
random bolts and 1/4 hard risers
jessup

I started getting a lot better when I went back to college and started taking a lot of math classes when I was 31.

I figured out how to figure things out better, if that makes sense.

real ishod wair twin tail 8.0”X31.5” 14.3WB
independent 139 forged hollow
spitfire f4 classics 53mm 99a
shorty’s black panther bearings
reynolds shake junt bolts 7/8”allen
jessup grip

love this twin tail, but still getting used to this wheel base. I usually skate a 14”

also first time in 20 years I’ve rode Allen hardware. I know it sounds dumb, but they feel lighter. lol

That graphic is awesome, I want to buy an 8.25/8.3 one before it runs out on skatedeluxe.

How do they skate? I heard those DW rails are super sticky but they look so dope I’m tempted to get a pair for a cruiser setup anyways.

Yeah they’re a little sticky on metal but they’re still rails so it slides faster than just ur board

I actually kinda like how they have a little stick because when skating mini and stuff like that it’s easier to stall and when ur skating fast ur less likely to kick out from boardsliding too fast

Damn, where’d you get that one?  All the “kidney” 8.75s I’ve seen have been black background, and I don’t like black background graphics.  Makes the board feel heavy, even though I know that’s not a real thing.

How are you liking the twin tail? I just picked up a Bobby Krooked 8.3 TT to skate next... I'm usually into big noses but after riding a friend's TT for a couple of minutes I kind of wanted to switch it up and see.

Chiming in one the tt curiosity.
Took dirtjers advice and got thunder 149s. Hyped, I maybe should have gotten 148s, but the cast plate feels great, and the board pops how I want it to.

I looked pretty hard at the Ishod twin, he’s one of my faves, twin is appealing blah blah. Ended up getting a board with the biggest nose (sage, not sure who did the wood ps or bbs, but it’s good so far). It’s the most opposite of a twin shape. The nose is so easy to miss on nollies, which is kinda funny because that might be my most comfortable trick. Like just flat ground I’d rather nollie than ollie. My ollie is straight trash. I used to have pop, but never a great technique. Now it’s a low flapper. I bring all of that up because I like to ramble, but also just interested in how the tt goes for folks. This big nose thing is my shit tho. Aliens looked like they had a big steep nose, so that could be my next.

Not a setup, but I can't wait to set this thing up. Not usually a fan of dipped boards but this caught my eye

Lol. Eldee is definitely a human. He’s like a raider on horse back who’s kinda scared to do battle. Somehow he closes his eyes and swings his sword wildly and wakes up in a pile of dead orcs.
