Wish you didn't.
Sir, I'm going to politely, but firmly, ask you and your common sense to leave this establishment.

I don't see why, it's a decent graphic

Is there any way you could measure the actual wheelbase on that Heroin and report back? From center of inner bolts. I’ve been wondering for a few weeks, and we all know listed dimensions can be off.

I realised I still have one Heroin second hand deck with an older graphic in 8.5 which is 14.38 wheelbase, nice round nose and tail and good shape overall, but I just wasn't a fan of the graphic and who it came from so had tried to forget about it.

That eyes graphic is pretty good though and I wouldn't mind riding one of those.

Another web site I do tend to trust but has been known to be wrong before has the same wheelbase for the eyes deck:

https://www.ocdskateshop.com.au/heroin-toxic-fade-eyes-8-5-skateboard-deck.html

Heroin - Toxic Fade Eyes 8.5" Skateboard Deck
Width: 8.5 Length: 32 Wheel Base: 14.375
Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

A lot of my boards are on point, but some have been way off. I also keep reading posts about similar shapes from same companies coming out with different wheelbases lately, sometimes intentional, and I’m looking for that first hand data on the recent 8.5 eyes deck.

I’m hoping it is in fact 14.375, even though most places say 14.25.

Hoping Fos can shed some light on the new Heroin boards coming out, if the Eyes 8.5 are still around 14.38 or shorter 14.25 wheelbase?

Just measured mine @TumKayo and @Mbrimson88. Second time ever taking a measuring tape to a board in my 14.7 years of skating haha! I go by feel based on listed specs usually, and never measure against them lol
WB is in fact closer to 14.38 than it is 14.25, so 14.38 is probably the correct measurement. Length is just under 32.25 by a hair. Granted, I've skated the board a few times already so it could have shaved a tiny bit off.

Toy machine 7.5 13.88 wb
Black panther grip
Venture 5.0 low. With hard bushings since these 90s ventures have a huge king pin. So it wobbles to a certain degree, then the hard bushings do their job and minimize the wheelbite.

Looks sick. Wasn't feeling the 917? Still curious to know how it slid.

Same for normal boards on wheelbase for me too, if anything I found 14.25 was better on street / tech and 14.5 better on ramp / bowl, but most of my boards right now are all 14.5 wheelbase (8.38 and 8.5).

On cruisers, some of those big boards have longer wheelbases 15+, which work well with risers, big soft wheels and pump tracks or just kicking around, but normal boards just feel too long with those dimensions and it throws everything out trying to skate one how I usually skate my other boards.

$lave Schultz, 8.5 w/ 14.25 wb
Thunder 149 Titanium with 1/8 mini-logo risers
Spitfire f4 classics, 54 mil, 99 duro

The "Only Human" graphic series is fantastic.  The shape is good but is is a bit steeper than my prior setup and with a tad shorter wheelbase, so it will take some time to adjust.

I like anything between 14.38” and 15”. I actually love how the 15” wb feels for street and tricks, but I’m a fairly big dude.

I like it still. Just prefer 7.5 over anything. This toy machine felt steep compared to a doa flat. But after skating the 917 the toy machine feels flat.

It slid. I couldn't control the slide. Might post later on post your skating. The slick did not fade or as quick as I thought. Not as durable as thicker slicks but I like that it doesn't peel or wear of like shit.

Word, thanks. Probably going to bite on one even though I do not need boards. I haven't skated a slick since AWS stopped making them in '97. A few people have said that the new slicks they're making these days are waaaay better.

The relative nature of concave is so strange...skating a Hockey right now (which I am really enjoying) that made the AH eagle I had feel flat as hell, even though when I first tried it (right after a DOA flat) I considered the eagle too steep.

The turn is a lot slower on longer wheelbases too, which for me (a very lazy skater nowdays) the 15"s with loose trucks are perfect cruisers.

I think I am a bit spoilt for choice really though, but yes being taller (as I am too) the longer boards definitely give you more foot space, for a wider stance if you need it.

I was carving around in a 5’ bowl the other day on a 10” deck with a 14.125” wb, and I kept lifting the nose by accident if I put my foot where I wanted on the board. Like accidental manual and almost fall. I’m starting to get used to longer wb, and it feels almost dangerous to go backwards now. I like a certain amount of nose in front of me, and then my weight distribution is off on a shorter wb

Politic 8.25/31.5/14.25
144 Reynolds Hollow
Loophole Teardrop

A brand new South Central deck is almost too steep for me but once they settle in they feel great (and will last me months.) I've had multiple decks with this shape recently but never measured the length on any of them, I was surprised it was 31.5 haha.
