Christmas complete courtesy of various recent sales and a yearn to start fresh since I beat Covid a few days ago!
Got three years out of those Indy hangars and now they'll become spares!

- The Killing Floor: 8.5"
- Indy 149 Standard Hollow w/ aftermarket 90 medium conical bushings - gonna take a bit to break these in but it'll be worth it since they're better than the stock barrel.
- Bones 103A STF V4 Wides: 54mm
- Bones Reds Bearings
- Shake Junt 1" Phillips
- Mob Grip
- Etnies Michelin Marana

[close]

I copped 149 Hollows yesterday and was surprised how nice the stock bushings feel. No break in time required at all, they feel like I had been riding them forever. What is better about the aftermarkets in your opinion?
They do feel nice, but I've grown to enjoy the aftermarket conicals of the same durometer more. They have better rebound and responsiveness when slightly tighter than the stock ones do for me. I used to enjoy the stock bushings and probably still would if I gave them a shot again.

@nevrwasben yess! This one looks sooo pleasing on the eyes from them.

@ok @HumBoogie thank you! Loving this shape and it's identical to the DLX shape but after all the recent Baker vids felt I was overdue for my first Baker deck ever. Sort of a bummer that they mostly make Tyson graphics in this shape.

Baker more often than not seemed to be one of those brands that always had natural bottoms (often top and middle stains) apart from those which had specific stain with partial graphics, so it is a bit funny to see a Baker logo board with a charcoal stain.

Still BBS wood?

It would have had "Made in Mexico" sticker and usually a stamp with 8.38 at the bottom of the front bolts area.

Yup, standard BBS stickers and markings. The other Bakers all had various bottom ply stains. I definitely have seen lots of Bakers in the past with natural and yellow plys too.

Been thinking about setting this up. I been holding it since like 2016 or 17.

The others lasted for a grip.

It needs ventures and I’m going to put my old spit f4 classic 101 that I took down from 55 to like 48. They the perfect shape.

Might put my 139s or my old stage 8 Indy’s that are small af. It might work with like a bunch of washers in there.

I’m going to wait a little longer probably.

One of the two Clutch Z4 blanks I picked up recently. Hoping this one survives more than the spectacular 45 minutes the last one I had did. ‘’Twas a brief, but fiery affair and I’ve come back looking to get burned once again in pursuit of passionate shred making.
8.6 x 31.75, 14.5 WB
Frankenthunder Team 149s
F4 Coni 54s
Some ancient Bones Swiss
Shortys or Roughneck or some shit (they old but still work, so…)
Some crappy fine grit shop grip that feels like it’s gonna suck right from the jump, and a lazy razor job
Caution tape & Puffin stickies to break up that sea of red

love what you did on the nose with that spit sticker. have some in yellow I might take off the swirl. 😍
This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

This looks very nice. You might have measured the specs for the Alltimers deck? I rather trust a pal here with the specs. I am interested in tail / nose length, wheelbase and overall length. Only if you feel like measuring of course ^^

Yeah, this is a tasteful use of black wheels on a dark graphic contrasted by bright silver colored trucks. A+!

Speaking of Slayer Indy bolts, I'm itching to get a pair of those Slayer Indys they recently dropped!

Also, that Limosine looks like a standard Baker shape to me. Interesting!

Sooo that TKF looked great and felt great, except the tail was surprisingly mellow and "flat" feeling -_- Thats relegated to a spare or a homie discount deck to sell.

Ended up swapping it out with a Boserio Polar (8.5") and it is wayyyy better! Will post pics once I figure out my imgur login

The one I had for a minute and passed on I thought was 8.25 x almost 32 (maybe 31.85) with 14.25 wb but that was a while ago, when I was not sure about going up from the black eagle 8.12 x 32 with 14.25 wb but overall the proportions felt good and it was a solid ride.  I ended up going up to 8.4 x 32 with 14.25 wb anyway and stayed around that width.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Skated it today, feels solid. I was on a Hockey before with a 14.1 wheelbase and this feels pretty much the same. I liked the overall shape and feel of the Hockey a little better, as this one is stamped with a 1 numeral so it’s not as mellow as I prefer.

Is the nose pretty square like a hockey or Real Full SE?
