Sick setup.  I always loved how Ventures felt with the 8.25 AWS.  That shape just pairs so well with Ventures.

Beautiful! I'm planning on picking up an AWS once my current 8.25 is done. That long tail is beautiful.

Idk what's the magic of 8.5 trucks on 8.25 boards but it works so damn good.

Skated in CDMX late last year and you’re making the right choice with 56 cf.  A lot of rough spots but there are gems everywhere.

It's my 2nd one. I've had quite a few boards since last summer in different sizes, shapes and wheelbases but being back on this feels like home. I don't know, there's just something about it that's such a fun feeling.

Pretty sure that is the Dream Girl shape with the wheelbase drilled one inch shorter and then labeled a mini. It's crazy how that shape has gotten around but I think it's because JK has kept it in production so every woodshop has a template laying around. You can even see in the product photo how many fingers of flat there are in the nose. It's a great shape so no wonder it gets used so much.

Bones Speed Cream lubricant

This man loves his bokeh. What do you shoot with? Looks like a recent Nikon mirrorless body and a 58 Noct or an 85 f 1.4 if I had to guess.

Setup looks good. I see from your previous posts that you started skating recently, congrats on upgrading yourself from your Element complete. I would recommend flipping those wheels around so that the graphic faces inwards if you'd like to win some style points, the majority of skaters prefer the look of raw urethane (especially here on slap).

Op, you ok man? Being real here, you doin alright?
