Bday freshie
WKND 8.25
Pepper galaxy
Mosaic 7/8 allen
Thunder team hollows 149
F4 99 tablets 53mm
Swiss 6
1010

Can't wait to try it tomorrow.

Looks a beauty. Is it the 8.25ct (shorter one) or the standard 8.25?

No clue, tried to find info regarding dims and couldn't find anything more than 8.25 x 32 and I'm not even sure about it

Probably within my top 3 favourite boards I’ve set up.

I found a perfect sticker for it too, you'd barely know it was there.

Great to see some Loopholes in here, big fan of both the Teardrop and square cuts. I stocked up on the old formula, but if/when I run out I'll give the new ones a try.

It’s a pity that the old formula is no longer being produced, great wheels and shapes! I had a set about two years ago and had missed them so I searched around. They’re the wheels I’ve gotten the most questions on as they look fantastic.

Skateworks still has a decent stash of NFGs in stock if anyone else is interested in trying a no longer made but well like urethane formula, although they are starting to get down to bigger sizes only.

Trying to use my old gear before buying new stuff. So set up this 8.5 Pizza I got for $30 in 2022.

Indy 159 Hollow
Spitfire LIF 55mm
Bones Swiss 6
Pepper Grip
Shorty’s Hardware
Court Purple SB Dunks

The deck is actually great. It’s a shovel shape, kinda reminds me of a slightly longer/mellower FA one. Wish there was a way to figure out if anyone else uses this shape. Here’s the serial number for another one.

Never had a Pizza but they I'm fairly certain the standard PS Stix 8.5 is what they're using, at least in 2022. WKND, Quasi and Strangelove all use/used it. I'm using past tense because my perception is that most brands have started to offer 8.25-8.5 in a couple different shapes to offer something for everybody. When those brands only had one 8.5 shape in the line, it was all the same 8.5 PS Stix that you're riding.

I've been told you can email PS with a shape code and they can tell you what currently uses that shape.

Been really feeling my mid 90s Philly setup as of late

Atlas shop board 8.5”
Indy 149 standards with stock bottom bushings, bones hard top bushings
Spitfire 60mm big beatdowns
Mini logo bearings with bearing spacers
Real 3 ply wooden risers
Random assorted hardware
Jessup

That’s a pretty set up.

The ps stix 8.5 x 32.125 x 14.25 square board is my favorite shape. I’ve skated so many in a row. I still have a couple on ice but I’m fucking with my formula and skating a more rounded but similar dimension fa 8.5 x 31.9 x 14.25 after skating a shovel square hockey with same dimensions that I thought would be square as well. I don’t skate enough to be doing this to myself but here I am. I liked the graphic though.

Gx1000 used to make a similar one but I’m not sure if they use ps stix anymore. Quasi prototype is the best and comes in that size and snack makes a real similar shape and is kind of the coolest brand in my head.

Great looking setup indeed. also cool it is a glick board, love his skating!

i can't see though is that texture on the bottom ply or just in the original artwork used- looking like some gritty type of paper. also makes it look pretty cool.

have fun widdit!

Still a lot of gravel everywhere here in Alaska, the mud and puddles are getting better though. Probably skated about ten days so far. Got another Christmas complete so my lazy ass doesn't have to set up another board if one breaks, when we finally clear out the skatepark.. it's still under a few feet of snow. I've just been skating my setup with the conical full chargers, ceramics, hardcore grip and flight deck so far cause it's indestructible and rolls over crap well

AH mellow glitter eagle 8.5 x 14.25 wb
Jessup ultra
7/8 Allen
Af1 55 hollow w/ hard bushings and flat top washer, replaced stock axle nuts with regular ones and added another inside washer
Big balls
93a radial 54mm

Pictured next to 8.25 x 14.25wb mellow baker w conical full 54s. They're real similar and I used to skate hella blue eagles. Real pumped and I should probably stock up on these sparkly bois

I've been meaning to pick up one of these Caltrain shop decks for a minute. Still generator wood?

Also I've always setup softer top bushing sand harder bottom bushings. Any reason you like the opposite?

Not sure of the manufacturer but they're solid boards, I'm really used to this shape at this point.

Also not sure if my conceptualization of how bushing assemblies work is completely accurate but I think the bottom bushing is the one that is most responsible for the feeling of the turn since it's what you have all your body weight compressing when you are riding, so that's the one I make softer because I want some nimbleness to my turn while using the hard top bushing to keep it rigid at the deeper points of the turn to prevent wheelbiting with these big ass wheels and probably too small risers

Op, you ok man? Being real here, you doin alright?
