Pretty much what Kalis would be able to do with the trademark is use the word weckingball on tshirts and skateboards according to the trademark application. Which means this could just be the precursor for a dis board and dis merch which could be distributed through DGK, which honestly is a pretty funny troll back. It won't stop weckingball from continuing to be weckingball on instagram, unless he gets banned from instagram or something.

I don’t think it would prevail in court because Weck used the name and persona prior to Kalis filing the copyright. This is like the paper version of cyber squatting.

If you honestly think he’s on the level of Tony Clifton, YOU are the sucker. Joel is the quintessential New Jersey kook, and there’s very little “acting” taking place.

Joel Morganweck is Andy Kaufman. i think he's committed to the gimmick to the point of gaining mass but he's a skater. a damn good one. he didn't learn to fs flip 10s by being 'the situation'. he's got some crazy manuals too. i think he'll really beat someone up if it came to it and that blurs the lines and people are intimidated whereas they're not intimidated by gary rogers.
