I feel like I want it to be a good interview, but I kind of can't see him giving an interesting interview.

the best ones are either the local Canadian homies (which they're running out of)

Agreed. The Thrasher interview he had was very white bread.

More like Vapidfire, eh guys?  But seriously, anyone else curious about what type of unspeakably intense antics AVE gets up to on filming missions, or specifics on why their trips are pure suffering?

AVE just looks like the type of guy you would not like to make eye contact with; especially when he's trying a trick. The Pure Suffering bit just seemed like the van is tense and everyone wants to get clips and hurt themselves for the b-roll aesthetic.

suffering in the way that you’re uncomfortable nearly the entire time. People are in bad moods, shits not working out. But once it’s all done it’s fun to look back at that time suffering with your friends.

Turned it off after 23 mins

They need to screen guests to see if they are articulate and can hold an interesting thought/conversation for even a few minutes.

Yeah... He could come up with very few “good” stories, having to listen to him describe Ave’s intense wallride session for 4 minutes with absolutely zero detail was frustrating to say the least.

that episode was 10 times better than the Piscopo one. Donovan seems like he's going through a transitionary period of his life over the past few years since Trust Fall. Obviously he was combating some demons and focusing on getting sober and I wish him the best with changing his life around. That all being said I don't know if he was ready for this interview considering he didnt really elaborate on most topics and it seemed he didnt want to be open and totally honest. Perhaps there is still some personal shame or maybe he just isnt a very gifted storyteller like many other guests who have come before.

Stoked the Bunt is back but I'll have to agree with everyone else that the barn did not burn, rather it got a fresh coat of paint.

So much better than the Donovan episode. Good interview. Glad they touched a little more on the brotherly love at the end.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.
