Yeah that me too . Dude just wanted to give him props for his back tail and gets shitted on by someone he’s never met. Meanwhile this dude is non stop talking about all the partying he’s done and still doing . Weird asf tbh

I had the same take. Funny ass dude and interview, but half his stories were about getting fucked up and partying. And he details how he got a career ending injury from a partying accident. Yet Tom Penny being fucked up pissed him off enough to call him out?

I took it as it was his hero growing up and seeing him getting hyped up by fans, taking drugs and beer from them bummed him out. Yes a bit hypocritical on his part to say that after penny giving him props but penny had it all and sven did not.

wtf slap I thought you know better than that
what distinguishes a real friend from a homie is that the former calls you out on your bullshit or, if you are slipping
real friends are not afraid to tell you the truth because they really care about you and that's rare, but someone should do it
of course Sven was not friends with Penny before, but he still cared enough about him, because he believed that the guy could do better, I guess

Sven sounds like a damn idiot lol.

Penny is mostly very chill and gives anyone props from groms to pros to people on their first session on a board.

I prefer a guest who's got nothing to lose. Too many well connected guys with something to lose these days on the Bunt. They all gotta keep up appearances and say the right things and not step on sponsors/other skaters toes. Also, guys, where are the follow-up questions? They just let the guest tell a story then go, 'woah' and read off another prepared question. Have a conversation guys, you're losing the plot. Too many NFL Canada trips got you feeling cozy.

agreed, also it’s nice to have the skating clips over the interview but besides that I don’t like the video ones because you see how disinterested and bored they both get like right off the bat. It’s like a school group project for them or somwthin

Appreciate it, this Sven dude talking shit about penny bumming him out 20 years after the fact is lame, dude definitely seems like someone I wouldn’t want around on a session, he seems just as fried as penny in this alleged story in my opinion

I knew the shared team but couldn’t think of the rider. I got it at Steely Dan. Love that part.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.

I knew it was Mad Circle off the first one, but couldn't narrow it down between Wu-Welsh (although, not sure if he was on that era of Mad Circle) and Scott Johnston. The Think one made it obvious, and Welsh would have been eliminated when they said he had an offer from Aesthetics but didn't ride for them.

This was a good ep!
Slow start to the season but it’s firing up!
His take on golf was incredible
The rapid fire seemed to end pretty rapidly
