So why doesn't Nine Club get current, young dudes on the show?  Do they not know they exist?  Do youngens hate the Nine Club?   It's the only path to stay relevant and some kind of eye on the future.  I love how the Bunt lets you get to know current dudes.

they do older skaters for the most part, but those are the dudes with all the stories.

i don't mind that at all, the bunt gets more current skaters and an occassional old guy and the nine club is for the old guys with an occassional new guy in between.

they need to get Nate Greenwood on. That dude has been around so long that he has to have something to say

Anybody notice that Kelly seems to be irking jeron the same way that he used to piss eldy off?  Especially during the budget or buttery section this week.  He was losing his mind that dubs said he would watch a horror movie during the day.  Also when dubs said using sugar and lemon from the restaurant was buttery, and Kelly just couldn’t fathom it.  He wouldn’t fuckin drop it and it seemed like Dubs was just getting annoyed of Kelly’s privileged ass.

Has anyone figured out what the financial situation is over there?  Not trying to pocket watch or whatever, I’m just shocked that they seem to suggest it is not profitable.  The last time I listened they were leaving twitch because of low viewership and were hoping that the bunt guys would play them in pickup basketball, it felt like desperation.

The meltdown referenced was the SLAP server cores liquifying from the intense heat generated by so many reassertions, in so many redundant posts, over such a brief period of time.

You’re correct in noting my categorizing that episode as a meltdown was too much hyperbole.

An editor would’ve caught that and corrected it. But I don’t have an extra mid six figure salary to spare for one, so accept my apologies to both you and Ryan.

They do have a level of production value that’s always been  unnecessary for what they’re doing too. I respect it but they could easily cut costs on the equipment. I don’t see them ever really breaking past this point though. They’d have to extensively branch out of skating to go much further.

I think a big reason for them not being able to push it more in the skate industry is because even though they’ve all been sponsored they know jack shit about skating. Every show they say something completely wrong.

I liked the new rewatching old video segments (Shorties and Toy Machine vids), watch Public Domain, Rubbish Heap, Shackle Me Not, Questionable and I would be down, but they would have to get more sponsors because the videos don't hit without the music. Blast the music at times, fuck the Youtube censors, and get paid by Powell, World, H-Street, and Plan B for reliving glory days, history, and skate nostalgia.

They got the Nice club title for a reason, they try way too hard to be nice in every episode, the tyron olson episode was painful...it was a clear example they just wanted him to tell crazy stories and he sort of just ended up rambling about his sponsers and his journey in the industry.

I think the moment they fell off for me is when they had Gary Vee on...
