I miss Freedumb Airlines. He has been making some badass cruisers and promoting them on his Instagram. He was semi recently diagnosed with diabetes and our country’s healthcare system has it out for them for sure so if you’re sitting on some cash I’d say support him.

I'm not sure how publicly known this is so please don't roast me if it wasn't.

I'm pretty sure Dan's wife had cervical cancer pretty recently and that was a very big blow for them. Same cancer as my gf had recently. And let me tell you that it sucks. He cut back on the skating a bit and said that the 'cancer Dan' nickname didn't really sit with with him very well anymore. Understandable.

Hope him and his wife are alright ...

Dan has always been a favorite, back to the think days.
I feel like he’s one of those guys that sponsorship came to him, he wasn’t pursuing it. Someone noticed him ripping and hooked him up. He’d be skating the same either way.

Think had a good thing going for awhile. SF hill bombing street skaters and DIY tranny rippers.
They were just a little ahead if their time.

I broke my arm at the Ripon park, the one that Cardiel does that slow mo, super tweaked melon in Sight Unseen, around that same time. Just broke myself off. Anyway, Dan saw it happen and he was the only one that gave a shit. I love you Dan.

In almost every new Krooked drop he still has one, or even two boards coming out. A good reason to love that brand!
