Some song played live by the Swans.  -They sound pretty cool.  Bit of a Mbv kick lately.  I usually listen to their most recent album.  Or that song "Slow", that bass in that is an amazing sound. Rad bass player.

Been using YouTube to look up all the records I used to see reviewed in old skate mags but couldn't access to as a kid (pre-Internet times), and finding cool stuff

Bonobo’s Days to Come album. I’m not a diehard bonobo fan but when I’m trying to get my Zen on, it’s nice to have on.

I used to be a huge Ramones fan, I mean I never stopped being a fan however I just don't listen to them as often anymore but every once in a while I'll go back down that rabbit hole of nostalgia and it has been one of those weeks for me.

My first Ramones album was RamonesMania when it was relatively new and I did not dig the later material on that comp, mainly because of the 80s production. Over time, Animal Boy has become one of my favorite albums and my go-to when I need a blast.

They've been re-releasing Ramones albums that now include rough cut versions of their songs, so now without all of the studio tampering some songs sound less painfully 1980's. Hopefully they continue to do this with their later albums as well.
