Man, I adore this song soo much. Something about he way the piano holds the song together and builds is very nice. Makes me feel determined and hopeful.

Tupac. It's crazy how much 'pac really resonates with listeners over generations. I know a 21 year old kid who was so psyched on this song and told me to go listen to it. He's never even heard of De La Soul or other classic hip-hop artists.

Suicidal. I was talking to this older Native-American woman who told me how she was in an abusive marriage a couple of decades ago. She cited this song when referencing how her husband always made her give money to their church, even in the midst of financial struggles. Sad, but it rocks hard and is just a great song.

been finally getting into dinosaur jr. this past month despite knowing for a while that their bassist is the guitarist/singer/founder of sebadoh. I love sebadoh and have been listening to them for a few years now so I think it makes perfect sense that I'd like dinosaur jr too. this song hits all the right notes for me: it's heavy, lo-fi as fuck, and filled with cryptic lyrics about unrequited love. this whole album is awesome too but I've been coming back to this song the most

Listened to some Drum n Bass (DJ Ss) because I installed a new soundsystem in my car with a subwoofer in the spare tyre booth. I listened a bit too loudly tho and now my ears are ringing.
