Just saw this on Instagram.

Used to love seeing this guy skate at the old Bill’s Wheels skate jams in Watsonville.  I remember he had hair then and lived up to his name, skate-wise.

Later used to see him at Vans and was always super cool.

R.I.P. to another ripper

There was no wire. Clark's planet needed him.

Anyone have the Thrasher from '92 that describes him thusly

"Crazy Eddie is lit. He's a stoner."

RIP to a “genuine article” real one.
He for sure lived up to his nickname over the years; a ripper for sure.
Rest easy, Edward.

I wanna play you in a game of SKATE for the right to continue talking shit on me… You think you got me?

RIP "Crazy" Eddie Nemeth

I'm a fan of all the outliers in this world of skateboarding. With his contemporaries and friends, if they nicknamed you crazy, then dude earned it.

Used to see Eddie skating at the skateparks like 15 years ago. Skating hella fast on the loosest trucks. always slaming and rolling around on the ground. He looked kinda scary but was really cool, and really nice to everyone. one the few times i talked with Eddie we were waiting our turn watching Frontside Roger blast face high frontside airs and smack the tail of his longboard on the way in. Ha said "I dont get why anybody would hate on that dude, he fucking rips, I dont care what kind of board he rides"

Eddie used to do frontside 180s into the tranny, rolling up like hes gonna roll in backside, then frontside 180 in. Saw him eat shit hard trying that. He got up and tried a few more times and made it. Once someone slammed in the bowl, others wanted them to "get the fuck out of the bowl", but Ed yell'ed to him "hey take your time", then "give em' a minute" addressing the line up waiting to go. He knew what it was like to be the one that slammed..

Rest In Peace.

Allen.

Fuckin sucks. In the late 90s/2000s he was one of those almost mythical dudes. Someone that always came up in conversations with people who really "got" or respected skating. Particularly when talking about NorCal. I never got to meet him but I always devoured any content that featured him.
Thanks Eddie. San Jose skateboarding had a much cooler reputation because of you. Rest in Peace man.
ok thanks

I really liked his part in the old Scarecrow video:

Wanted to post but can’t find. Skates to Patsy Cline’s Crazy and he is all over the place.

I found the following in my search:

people not from that timeframe probably won't understand his importance, this was a time when skating was still very judgmental and Eddie was one of the first dudes in a major video that just did whatever he wanted, grabs, boneless, whatever, I think he changed a lot peoples opinions about "the rules" of skating.

Hell yeah, good footage in there! I always liked this guy and wished there was more footage out there.

I think this Spazz song is most likely named after him, they were from Cali after all. They also had a picture of Donger on one of their releases. RIP Crazy Eddie, very unique style and fun to watch!
