Nice grooves, good melodies, and very good examples of what can be done with a few chords and lots of creativity. I enjoyed that. Not crazy about the voice but it seems like a conscious decision to have the nasal, top of the throat sound, so overall a solid piece of work.

On a quick listen, those were some pretty catchy songs.

The voice doesn't sound great with just acoustic guitar, but you throw some shoegazey guitars into the mix, few effects over the mix and this would be sick.

yeah definitely not for me but cher sings in that voice as a creative choice, not really because she’s bad at singing. i really dig the punk ass vibe to it tho and it’s def gives off blondie/bratmobile which i love. definitely does not sound like diet cig so i have no idea what that guy was even talking about

Not really feeling it but Cher is also in a pretty sick hardcore band called 80HD, and I’m impressed by the range she can cover. Most NYC cool kid punks don’t also play lo fi indie/pop on the side.

yeah that 80HD demo fucking rips, hope they try and do something with that project, would love to see more releases from them. big fan of the fastcore borderline powerviolence style their going for, but then theres a part in that title track that sounds straight out of a blacklisted song, wonder what their primary influences were.
