What's your favorite coffee cup/mug and how do you take it?
My favorite cup and only black coffee goes in it.

I've used and been super snooty and in love with a very nice mug from Heath Ceramics and was slightly disgusted when my wife got me a battery-powered ember mug. So tacky. I however basically use the ember mug full time now. Piping hot coffee every sip. Unbeatable.

Cool topic. At home and on the go, respectively. No connection to NYC just a mug I thrifted like 10 years ago that's stuck around. Yeti is the perfect size for my car cupholders.

My Pokémon mug is a go to but these two handmade ones always get regular use for multiple reasons. I rarely drink hot coffee but if I do it’s black with a splash of simple syrup. Otherwise I’m an iced coffee same way.

Currently using a mug that my best friend got on a trip to Biloxi, Mississippi. Comes with its own little stirring spoon. Strictly black coffee.

Always drink my coffee black, unless it’s one of those fast food type drive throughs. Then maybe I’ll add a milk and sugar to remove the bunt taste.

Coffee is one of the few things I splurge money on.

Black coffee. Keurig 2nd button from smallest -w- strong button engaged—not sure what that does.

5 a day.

Wegman’s dark roast 100 pack. $24.99. Better than anything other than Pete’s Major Dickinson, but that shit is $22.99 for a 32 pack, so I can’t fuck with it.

Great, great thread. My current favorite is a movie reference mug my soon-to-be mother-in-law got me for Christmas last year. It's a little bigger than a standard mug, which I like. I drink my coffee with a little bit of half & half to take the edge off.

I had a Theories doodle mug with a bunch of different occult/conspiracy theory shit all over it. I used that mug everyday for 4 years and almost never washed it. I think its in storage right now growing sentient fungus or something.

I’ve been drinking cold brew lately with a splash of oatmilk for some calories. I use one of those old plastic fountain cups that you find at cafeterias/diners.

I've never been particular about coffee mugs but I found this McDonalds Irish cream cup at a thrift store over the winter and fell in love with it. It is super weird to see McDonalds stuff that isn't red & yellow, and about a week before I got this my wife and I saw a turquoise and adobe McDonalds in Sedona, AZ and it blew my mind. It felt like a cool coincidence/synchronicity.

the mugs on heavy rotation right now while having coffee at home

vintage cal mug (go bears) from goodwill and the other i picked up in Aztec NM. Its design is based on ancient puebloan mugs found in the region.

I've got moka pots in 3 sizes, two sizes of french presses, just got a chemex after breaking another drip setup i had and it's wonderful. please do yourself a favor and never use a keurig

at work i have a sex pistols logo mug and use a Kleen canteen insulated wide bottle with a twist top for drinking coffee. i also have an insulated yeti bottle for tea/coffee on the go. Yeti kicks ass.

I like this thread. My wife and I just redid our kitchen and threw away almost all the mugs we had and replaced them with a set of these simple white ones. The only cool mug I've ever really had is this pixies one, which I couldn't throw away. More bands need mugs at the merch table.

Sorry these are huge, but this is my favorite mug. Xmas present from my little brother. Months before we were drunk as skunks singing Meg Thee Stallion and freestyled a bit so the song fit our own dispositions.
