The question is kind of hard to answer because most pro skaters barely even graduate High School, let alone get a advanced degree in anything worthwhile.

But dumbest team in skateboarding history: Menace or City Stars (they got street smarts though)

Dumbest team currently: Skate Mental (I'm still not sure how Staba runs a company)
